PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: TO PAY PROPERTY TAXES ONLINE, ENTER OWNER NAME, PROPERTY ADDRESS, OR PROPERTY ID IN THE PROPERTY SEARCH BAR IN THE BLUE STRIP AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE.  THE PROPERTY LINK WILL APPEAR IN THE DROP DOWN, SELECT THE LINK AND GO INTO THE PROPERTY DETAIL.  THE PAYMENT BOX WILL BE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PAGE.  IF YOU ARE PAYING MULTIPLE PROPERTIES, CHOOSE THE SHOPPING CART ICON AT THE TOP RIGHT AND SEARCH WITH THE SAME TYPES OF IDENTIFIERS.  YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SELECT THE ACCOUNTS YOU WISH TO ADD TO YOUR CART. 

 WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE PAYMENTS VIA PHONE, HOWEVER CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN EITHER OF OUR OFFICES AS WELL AS ONLINE. 

        PLEASE NOTE:  A 2.5% (OF THE TOTAL TRANSACTION) CONVENIENCE FEE WILL BE CHARGED BY THE VENDOR FOR EACH CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION.  A FLAT FEE OF $2.00 WILL BE CHARGED BY THE VENDOR FOR EACH TRANSACTION PAID BY E-CHECK. 

ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE NOT LIVE, E-PAYMENTS TAKE 7-10 DAYS TO POST AND MOST CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS TAKE 3-5 DAYS TO POST.  PAYMENTS WILL POST WITH DATE OF PAYMENT ONCE PROCESSING IS COMPLETE. 

• WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, CASHIERS CHECKS AND CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS (WITH A FEE)  IN BOTH OFFICES.  WE CANNOT TAKE OVER THE PHONE PAYMENTS AT ALL.  E-CHECKS AND CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED ONLINE WITH A FEE.

LIMESTONE COUNTY TAX ROLL

The Tax Roll includes information related to current and delinquent accounts collected by the Limestone County Tax Office. The file is created monthly, typically on the 15th, and is available on the website the following business day (excluding holidays).

Please be aware of the following:

• * The tax roll is delivered as a FIXED WIDTH file. 
• * You will need a 3rd party text editor to open the file, such as Ultra Edit or Notepad++. Limestone County is not     responsible for applications downloaded to your computer.
• * This is a large file, please filter and sort according to your needs. 
• * There is a zip file for current tax roll and a zip file for deliquent roll.  Both may be necessary to access the information you need.
• * Use the Tax Roll Layout to understand the columns.
